Photoshop Photomontage
This digital collage was created in Adobe Photoshop as part of an imaging assignment that required combining at least 10 images into one cohesive scene using non-destructive techniques like layer masks and adjustment layers.
Inspired by the anime "Solo Leveling" , my concept imagines a powerful transformation moment — a blend of darkness, energy, and mysticism. The goal was to make the composition feel believable and cinematically intense, while showcasing clear design intent.
The final 8×10 image (150 PPI) includes:
- Carefully masked layers
- Organized layer groups and adjustment layers
- A text element and gradient overlay
- Use of blend modes and layer styles for mood and texture
I sourced images from Pexels and focused on making the manipulation seamless, with no harsh mask lines or inconsistencies.
Stop Motion Video
This stop motion video was built from over 150 individual photographs, all captured and sequenced to create a playful 10-second animation at 30 frames per second.
My inspiration was simple: I’m convinced lighters are alive. I imagined a world where they interact, move, and tell a story — and used that as the foundation for my concept.
The production followed the complete stop motion pipeline:
- Pre-production: Brainstorming, concept development, and storyboarding
- Production: Careful frame-by-frame photography using static props and natural lighting
- Post-production: All photo editing, sequencing, and cleanup done in Adobe Photoshop
The final animation was exported as an MP4 and retains the tactile, handcrafted quality of traditional stop motion while delivering a modern and humorous twist.
A Day in My Life
This one-minute video project was designed to creatively capture a typical day in my life — blending motion design, graphic elements, and storytelling into a short-format piece. All footage was shot by me using a Lumix Camera and edited entirely in Adobe After Effects.
I treated the piece like a short visual journal, using text overlays, transitions, and timing to convey both structure and emotion. While minimal in dialogue, the narrative unfolds through visual rhythm and carefully placed sound cues.
- Pre-production: Brainstormed concept, scripted structure, and built a shot list
- Production: Captured horizontal footage, ambient sounds, and created simple graphic assets (title cards, transitions)
- Post-production: Edited everything in After Effects using keyframes, timing cues, and layered background music
The final video was output as an MP4 and stays under 2 minutes — reflecting industry-style constraints that require creatives to communicate a message clearly and succinctly.
